• After listening to your ideas, we are able to make the initial draft plan of your future house. During discussions, you can also look at the photos and designs of previously constructed houses that are similar to your ideas.

• We shall provide you with the rough estimate price.

• We shall also help you find the most suitable design. If needed, you can “take the time off” to discuss the project with your family.

• Then, we shall compile a contract, after which the design work begins.

• After completion of the basic designs and views we shall discuss them with you once again.

• If the designs meet your requirements and wishes, we shall compile a work project.

• The house is manufactured.

• The house parts are transported to the construction site.

• The house is mounted on to the previously prepared foundation, installation of roof bearing constructions, internal work.

• All requirements provided by the contract shall be met bilaterally.
